Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are always showed cased at the top of my website. I do my best to keep inside the date stated but since I am the sole owner and the only artist things are bound to happen. I may have delays but purchasing from me insures that you are agreeing to the ESTIMATED timeframe. I will not refund for any delays. If something happens that dramatically affects my turnaround times then customers will be notified. 

Updates

When it comes to your purchases I will be updating where I'm at in my orders through instagram stories. It will have your first name and you last name initial. This will help you get a better idea on when your orders will be complete. 

Being Human

We are humans! As humans, we will all make mistakes. Everything I create is hand created so human error is plausible. For example, when working with resin there can be small imperfections. When sealing my shoes, there might be a tiny bit of  lint. All this is plausible but I always try to make sure all my orders are the the most perfect it can be before shipping! 

Rush Items

I do not offer rush items. I respect every client so therefore I stay focus and put all my love and effort for each order at a time.
Design Process

The first part of the ordering process is the design process. This includes figuring out your design. I create a thorough sketch for all my clients. This conversation will take place through email. Once you purchase a Custom Order and fill out a small questioner, you will receive an email to continue the design process within 24 hours. Make sure I am not in your spam/junk folder. If for some reason I cannot get a response from you within 24 hours and your item is up, I will skip your item and keep movie through the list.

Sketches

All my sketches are a nonrefundable $25. This is due to past circumstances. All my sketches are made to look exact or very close to the final product. If you go through with the whole order the $25 will be subtracted from the final price. 

Refunds

There is NO refunds for custom orders or ready to ship orders. 

Correct Info.

You are responsible for giving me the correct information for your products. This includes the correct shoe size, correct sizes for clothes, etc. I would highly recommend trying of the brand you are going for because sizes differ between all brands.  I will not refund if you gave my the incorrect sizes.

Ready To Ship

Ready to ship items will be ship within 1-2 days. All my orders are sent through USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days. Once shipped I will send en email with all the tracking information. I will ask for you to let me know once they arrive. If your package gets lost, please contact me. I will try to do anything I can do and we will resolve the issue.

Deposits

Due to past circumstances I require payment upfront. First you will purchase the sketch, once the sketch is completed and you ago forward with the purchase, I will give you information of the final price. Once all the payments are complete you are all set and you will wait patiently until your order is complete. Once its completed it will ship without any issue.
